As much as I appreciate feedback, sometimes I just get too much e-mail to answer everybody in a timely matter (or, in some cases, at all). So please be advised that I must assign urgency-to-reply status based on the following breakdown:

1. HIGHEST PRIORITY is given to current employees of Flight Express, especially those with questions pertaining to upcoming recurrent ground training or checkrides.

2. SECOND-HIGHEST PRIORITY is given to prospective pilot candidates who are preparing for an upcoming ground school and have questions about training. Please do not, however, contact me with questions pertaining to getting hired or the scheduling of classes. Those questions should be directed to our pilot recruiter, Gary Hillyer, who can be reached at recruiter613@juno.com or (407) 895-0453 ext. 613. And please be sure that you have carefully read THIS before you contact him or else it could be a short conversation!

3. THIRD-HIGHEST PRIORITY is given to all other official company business.

4. I will gladly answer any other e-mail I get on a time-permitting and workload-permitting basis.
